Q: Where do you live?
A: I live in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario, Canada
Q: How do I book a photo session with you?
A: Please Contact me for availability and when you would like to schedule a session.
Q: What do you do with the model photos you take?
A: The photos I take are for my print and web portfolio.
Q: What do I have to bring to the photo shoot?
A: You should bring your make-up to do touch ups when you arrive. Try to have your wardrobe on hangers to prevent wrinkling.
Q: Do I have to sign anything?
A: Yes, you have to sign a model release form prior to the shoot. If you are under the age of 18 a parent or gaurdian will sign the model release form.
Q: May I get references from your models?
Q: Do you have any age restrictions?
A: No, although if you are under 18 years of age a parent or guardian MUST be present for all photo shoots and signs the Model Release Form.
Q: I am over 18 and can I bring my friend to the shoot?
A: Yes, I suggest to all my models that they bring someone to the photo sessions. I ask that the person not disrupt the shoot or distract the model.
Q: Do you do make-up and hair styling?
A: Yes, a make-up artist is available. Please contact me for further details
Q: Is their a cancellation fee if I need to cancel my photo shoot?
A: Yes, if you cancel your photo shoot within 24 hours of the appointed time their is a $30.00 cancellation fee.
Preparation for the shoot takes time and leaves a open photo session that I could have booked to a waiting client. This applies to TFP, TFCD and paid photo sessions. For information on how to contact me see the next question.
Q: Something came can we reschedule my photo shoot, how can I contact you?
A: You may contact me Mon-Fri, 9am to 5pm at 541-5669 or evenings weekends at 255-1152, or you may use my on line contact form.
Q: Do you do outdoor photo shoots?
A: Yes, indeed! Depending on the time of year, I have many outdoor locations that I shoot.
Q: Do you have any props?
Q: What type of photos are you looking at doing?
A: Often I have a specific type of images I would like to do but generally I tell my models to bring there favorite outfits to the shoot. The best answer is look at my model galleries, this will give you an idea of what I do. Sometimes the model will have a specific look or style that they would like to do and I accommodate for these ideas.
Q: Can I send you a photo of what style I am looking for?
Q: Do you shoot in digital format or film?
A: I shoot all digital, including infrared.
Q: Can I trade you modeling services for prints?
A: Yes, however I do a limited amount of TFP/TFCD (Time For Prints/Time For CD) photo sessions. I book models in 1.5 hour blocks with 3 wardrobe changes, for every 1.5 hours of shooting the model receives 2 - 8"x10" prints and 4 - digitally corrected images for use on other sites.
Q: How can I view the images from the photo shoot?
A: You may view your images through my client preview gallery page, this is a password protect area. I will provide you with your password, and only you may view the images. If you wish to share the password you may.
Q: Can I use the digital images on other sites?
A: Yes you may, but you must submit the web site to me for approval by contacting me by using this form. If you do use them on other sites I ask that you give me credit by using the text " Photo by Mark Primavera, www.primaveraphoto.com". Unwillingness to do this constitutes a copyright infringement
Q: Can I save the images from my preview gallery?
A: No, please contact me by using this form. and I will send you corrected digital images to use on other sites. The preview gallery is only meant to give you a quick preview of the photos taken during our photo session.
Q: Are you associated with any modeling agencies?
A: No, I have no association with model agencies. If you are interested in pursuing modeling I just you search the internet for modeling agencies. If I have your photos on my web site you may use that as your on line portfolio.
Q: Can you design me a web site?
A: Yes, if you would like a web site and have your photos on line I can provide you with a domain name, hosting and customized galleries. Please contact me for further details..
