It is Spring! Dandelions are out!

Yes, it is dandelion season once again!

The milder than usual weather conditions here in Sault Ste. Marie has really helped with this years dandelion season. The cooler weather that we were experiencing has helped keep the dandelions from growing too fast and has allowed multipule pickings.

My previous blog entry about dandelions was found by a reporter from our local newspaper, the Sault Star and yesterday I was interviewed by them for a story on dandelions. Glad to see the search engines are working and has indexed my blog. In the article I will be sharing my recipes and hope to come up with some new recipes to share with other dandelion fans.
